Part 1 – Reducing Disaster Risk in a Changing Climate

Decision makers from London, Colombia and Viet Nam share their experiences in using the principals and practices of disaster risk reduction in their efforts to adapt to a changing climate. Part One offers examples of the challenges faced in understanding vulnerability and implementing practical action addressing technical, political and financial challenges. Part Two focuses on dealing with uncertainty, involving communities and sharing experiences.
