The UNFCCC negotiations in Paris in December last year resulted in the new Paris Agreement on Climate Change. But what does the Agreement actually say and what does it mean for our future?
After nearly seventeen years of deadlock, 197 parties to the UNFCCC concluded a new international agreement on climate change at the 21st Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP21) in Paris from 30 November to 11 December 2015. The treaty aims to “strengthen the global response to the threat of climate change in the context of sustainable development and efforts to eradicate poverty.” Parties seek to hold climate change below 2 °C and even 1.5 °C, to adapt to climate impacts and foster resilience, and to mobilize the finance needed for low-carbon development. The new treaty adopts a bottom up approach to achieve high ambition objectives, building on climate action plans from 188 countries, as UNFCCC Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) to global response to climate change. This guest lecture outlines key elements of the new Paris Agreement, exploring the emerging international context and key legal challenges for implementing “climate justice” for more sustainable development that guides and is guided by international law in a post-Paris carbon-constrained world.
Co-Chairs: Dr Markus Gehring and Professor Joanna Depledge
Guest Speaker: Dr Marie-Claire Cordonier

GENDER AN RELOCATION OMG NWO !!!!!!! CRIMINALS
Since Paris Agreement does not represent or include all world countries with one set of rules & regulations, equally to all, no exceptions ! It is therefore BS that is not worthy of joining! It is also NWO agenda! USA already has EPA and does not need Paris or any other beurocratic entities mandates! The Paris Agreement was not approved by Congress, Senate, and President, therefore it is an illegal, none binding agreement/treaty! Update or replace EPA! Obumer exceeded his authority!
BULL!!! big piles of BULSHIT!!!!
Man-made CO2 IS NOT the driver of atmospheric CO2 or climate change.
Satellite observations show the highest levels of CO2 are present over non-industrialized regions, e.g. the Amazon, not over industrialized regions 96% of CO2 emissions are from natural sources, only 4% is man-made.

In my book professor, Michio Kaku lost credibility when he said: "Human-caused global warming"
And here is why: "Climate" is by antonomasia "change" There is not a single place on earth that maintain the same climate for a second much less temperature, it would be catastrophic. A single volcano produces more GHG than the whole human emissions
Out of the entire atmospheric makeup, only one to two percent is made up of greenhouse gases with the majority being nitrogen (about 78 percent) and oxygen (about 21 percent). Of that two percent, “planet-killing” carbon dioxide comprises only 3.62 percent while water vapor encompasses 95 percent

Antarctic Sea Ice Reaches New Record Maximum
Editor’s note: Antarctica and the Arctic are two very different environments: the former is a continent surrounded by ocean, the latter is ocean enclosed by land. As a result, sea ice behaves very differently in the two regions. While the Antarctic sea ice yearly wintertime maximum extent hit record highs from 2012 to 2014 before returning to average levels in 2015, both the Arctic wintertime maximum and its summer minimum extent have been in a sharp decline for the past decades. Studies show that globally, the decreases in Arctic sea ice far exceed the increases in Antarctic sea ice.
Fuck the Paris accord, this is a war on the poor! Your short sighted self important ideology will have us turn off the greatest driver of human progress now that everyone wants lights and heat? The third world is coming to cut our throats because they see the unfair distribution of technology, wealth, and power. This is not about the weather, this is about weather we live well or die poor.
This is absolute garbage, the climate scam is the biggest deception in history.
I think this is much ado about nothing.
I can't take her seriously when she giggles every time she gets to a serious topic.
The rich want to take more. Let the elite live in box if they really care. No its about control, you naive fools.
