Bangladesh is among the most vulnerable countries to climate change impacts. Almost every year the country suffers from major natural calamities which take a big toll on the local people. With help from local NGOs they have found innovative solutions. In drought-prone regions, the sufferers have learned to produce vermi compost to make the ground fertile again which has increased their harvest. People in the flood affected regions have learned to raise plinths in clusters which provide safety from floods. They don’t have to relocate frequently anymore they have started cultivating vegetables and rearing goats on the elevated land.

What a load of white washed bullshit. Makes it look like paradise and as if AGW has benefited these ppl. They're not adapting, they're becoming displaced…..and had nothing to do with the causes.
Alhamdullilah
World should make a great deal with them . because why should they suffer for us…

A three-foot rise in sea level would submerge almost 20 percent of the entire country and displace more than 30 million people. Some scientists project a five-to-six foot rise by 2100, which would displace perhaps 50 million people. As perspective, the ongoing tragedy in Syria has caused the exodus of approximately three million people.
I will be visiting you people.
I am a part of this disaster prone country. An immediate collective approach is quite urgent to combat the impacts of climate change.
Don't worry
Radical Islam is claming the lives of way more Bangledeshi people than climate change. The real problem is the satanic deception known as Islam.
Great piece
Great take, these innovative solutions need to be shared and practiced all around the vulnerable world's communities.
The urgency to curtail emissions address climate impacts, and secure funding for these endeavors necessitates prioritized actions by governments, industries, and individuals to effectively mitigate global warming and limit it to 1.5°C. Coordination across local, national, and international levels is crucial for success.
And says absolutely nothing about the impact of climate change.
