In 2017, we worked closely with our local HVAC partner R&R, Mitsubishi Electric® and Lifebreath® to design an advanced home system that delivers energy efficient comfort and improved indoor air quality. The Oak Harbor at Rocky Hill in Liberty Lake is our first Certified Net Zero Home. No detail was spared in the construction of this high performance, ultra efficient home that produces more energy that it uses. This home is Indoor airPLUS certified by the Environmental Protection Agency, ENERGYSTAR® certified, and is certified as a Net Zero Ready Home by the Department of Energy.
