Within the next 30 years, up to 20% of Bangladesh will disappear beneath the water as rivers and sea levels rise. This will put as many as 30 million people on the move.
Climate researchers say it’s just the first manifestation of a process that will soon be happening all over the world. This film takes us on a journey to the Bangladesh of the future, a country that’s set to suffer terribly from climate change. The Meghna River has already turned into a torrent that’s nine kilometers wide in places, a mass of moving water that flows ten times faster than the Rhine. “It demolished the house I moved into as a bride,” Momtaj Begum says. “It’s where I gave birth to my four children. It breaks my heart.” She and her son are saving what they can before the river sweeps everything relentlessly into the sea. Her village looks like a battlefield. The Meghna has cut deep into the ground, and is literally ripping the soil away beneath the residents’ feet.
Momtaj Begum and her family of eight have already been turned into climate refugees. Her village was swallowed by the river, along with many others. Around 2,000 displaced people like her arrive in the Bangladeshi capital Dhaka every day. With a population topping 20 million and a crumbling infrastructure, the city is on the verge of collapse. The climate refugees that arrive here are now forcibly moved on again, this time by the government. Shantytowns are destroyed by police raids and bulldozers. And what’s happening in Bangladesh is only the beginning. Before long, every country in the world will begin to notice the effects of rising sea levels.

We Must reason together on issues of climate change
Similar figures were quote back in the 70's that by the end of the last century, Holland would have disappeared underwater. Funny how it has claimed land back from the sea and how quiet people are about these facts. You get seasonal monsoons in these areas yearly due to there being seasons and what these countries need to do is to contribute to the reduction of the size of their carbon footprint. The rest of the world is doing it's bit while others do absolutely nothing but extent an open hand wanting hand out from others countries so the money can be stolen by their governments for their own purposes. Sort out your own house first.

We had the biggest natural disaster in BC Canada two years ago. The flooding wiped out towns and farming communities. Some farmers lost their dairy cows. People arrived with trailers and tried to help the animals get to dry land. Our highway through the mountains that connects BC to the rest of Canada was destroyed in over 20 places. I’ve never seen anything like it. Now we are in a drought and our province was burning all summer. We still don’t have rain after five months. Climate change is real folks.

So what is it? Climate change aka weather or man made dams and bridges?
That is a more than unfortunate title
Why don't these documentaries show the middle class of Bangladesh? Who are the owners of the houses the poor people clean? Where are they from? How many are there?
Trees are natural carbon capture and storage machines, absorbing carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere through photosynthesis, locking it up. It's why reforestation and afforestation are often lauded as key solutions to the climate crisis. If forests are cleared, or even disturbed there's simply no way we can fight the climate crisis, if we don't stop deforestation our future generations are doomed.
Government of every country should impose stringent law against cutting of trees even if trees are located in a private property, Citizens of countries especially school children must be educated about the importance of trees in fighting climate change, preventing soil erosion, preserving the fertility of soil, providing a living environment to various species of fauna and maintaining a stable water table.
We cannot live without fossil fuels, we cannot also allow climate change to over run us, therefore trees are our only solutions.
Future teaches us that when you have a world of human territories, it appears you have limited access to the Planet we all were given Freely. Future also reveals its Time to get on migratory path to the Future. Get out of these clean up areas and migrate. Ask for Strength to know where and how to move. Otherwise destruction attempts to keep you bound to areas that will eventually be cleaned up. Love increases in its frequency when it wants to show Change is here. Clean ups are increasing. Know your purpose and see the Future we have all desired. Be Present Minded and Future Focused.
The coming minimum will cause rapid cooling and flooding
so all these men and woman can't keep where they live clean..

Climate change activists are all hypocrites
All you need to live a happy life.
a. A home without loan somewhere in a green lush land.
b. Job, food, vehicle to travel, simple clothing and some good music and entertainment
c. Marry the one you love and pray God everyday.
