People …these targets are further masking of the fraud of climate change nee global warming. The cost of these burecratic driven policies which are fueled by a universe of donor funded agencies and NGO's is killing opportunities for cheap energy is the poorest regions and worst of all has created a religion being force fed to our children while truth in science is left at the school gate or studio door. Getting rid of plastic and making fuel as clean as possible is good but these have nothing to do with climate, weather or food delivery….STOP and listen to the truth and measuee the failure of every global climate prediction for the last 30 years .
Why not build photosythesis plant around major city and such in the dirty air or carbon and convert it to carbohydrates and use the carbohydrates for something else simples.
Well what didnt help was when i applied for a dormer in my roof 6 local authority staff called the viewing panel arrived in separate cars and said, thats ok.
