CO2 is plant food and even if you doubled CO2 levels it would only account for a less than 1% rise in overall temperature rising gases, not saying it ain't fossil fuels but definitely am saying science should tell the truth and be peer reviewed, and NO2 is the bigger contributor not CO2, but yes the fossil fuel industry is taking over renewable just to keep profits up during the change over.

I’ve never met someone who denies climate change exists. I have come across people who don’t see it as an existential threat however.

– There exists less than 150 years of reliable temperature records and data, and what does exist mainly covers only the U.S.
– In the past 5 yrs both NASA and NOAA have changed the actual recorded data to support their narrative.
– Temperature history for much of Africa and Asia does not exist and is simply made up.
– We've come out two ice ages before the industrial revolution and the rise in CO2.
Including just these facts when claiming anthropogenic climate change makes one look rather foolish.

Basicly scientists just prove what i have seen happening with my own eyes in my own environment since i was 3 years old. You add up 2plus2 you come to the same conclusion you know. 40cm snow that disappeared in 30 years(!) time. Seasons that begin 1 month early and end 1 month late over 30 years time. And when you go check, it appears it happens EVERYWHERE.

So much naivite here and from a guy who considers himself a climate grad student. Yes, the oil & gas companies say that accept climate change and the need to decarbonise. But that is because it is politically expedient and the pressure from investors and politicans. It's nothing to do with whether really believe it or not. Increasing insurance claims? That is because the population and infrastructure in vulnerable locations has multiplied over the past century, not because extreme weather is increasing. I take it you haven't red the IPCC AR6 Chapter 11 on Extreme Weather. Some direct quotes: On FLOODS: “Low confidence for observed changes in the magnitude or frequency of floods at the global scale.” On DROUGHTS: “There is medium confidence that since the 1950s some regions of the world have experienced a trend to more intense and longer droughts … but in some regions droughts have become less frequent, less intense, or shorter…”.
Hurricanes/Tropical cyclones:
”There is low confidence in observed long-term trends in hurricane intensity, frequency, and duration, and any observed trends in phenomena such as tornadoes and hail.”
“Data corresponding to hurricanes that have directly impacted the United States since 1900 are considered to be reliable, and show no trend in the frequency of U.S. landfall events”
“Data representing hurricane landfall frequency over Australia show a decreasing trend in eastern Australia since the 1800s as well as in other parts of Australia since 1982.”
Extra tropical storms [ie. major storms outside of the tropics].

The annual death rate from extreme weather has reduced by 95% in the past 100 years – even though population is x4!
Being paid by Big Climate? That is precisely what is happening. Governments are handing out literally billions of $ of grant money to scientists who find CC a problem. It is not the whole climate scinece community that is in cahoots, – but certainly some of them, led by Micheal E. Mann as Climategate (2009) clearly demonstrated.

But have a go. Try to explain 'the Divergence problem', whereby for most (all?) tree-ring temperature proxy studies, the proxies divert down and away from the instrumental data post around 1980. If the proxies don't work for now, we cannot trust them for centuries of historical data. This is an inconvenient fact the climate science community will not address.
There is almost NO funding for climate sceptics. Funding only goes to those who 'agree'.
And so climate scepticism only comes from "some guy and Faceboo". Like these guys you mean? Dr Judith Curry, Freeman Dyson, Richard Lindzen, Will Happer, John Christy… to name just a few.

You and others keep saying "science" like it's a tell all. Really, all of 'you' people have totally over-played the word. You're still reading and listening to propaganda and fear mongering, and you never bother to ask the most important question… "Show me the proof." If there are ice core data, have you read and understood it? Or did you just believe what you were told? Who did the study? Did you know the common dialog amongst scientists is that there isn't consensus on the models, and literally no one disputes that models are inaccurate?
The logical fallacies in this video are something else!
1. If all the energy companies are on board with the message, why would they pay sceptics to run with wild conspiracies.
2. Insurance payouts increase with inflation and development. A plot of land 200 years age would have less buildings on it, therefore less damage if hit by a hurricaine. You should look at weather events instead. Oh no, you can't… Because there hasn't bern an increase!
3. Grants are issued to prove AGW, not disprove it. Any scientist who does would be putting himself out of a job.
4. Just because x number of people agree with Y, doesn't make Y true.

It is 250 degrees above the atmosphere, only 76 degrees on the surface. 174 degrees of solar heat gone, blocked out by the CO2 and other “greenhouse gases”. Yes, they keep some heat in, about 20 degrees, but they block out 194 degrees for a net temperature of 174.
Gilbert Plass is the father of CO2 warming. His paper in 1955 THE CARBON DIOXIDE THEORY OF CLIMATE CHANGE started all this idiocy. The first sentence of the Abstract for his papers states:
“The most recent calculations of the infra-red flux in the region of the 15 micron CO2, band show that the average surface temperature of the earth increases 3.6” C if the CO2 concentration in the atmosphere is doubled and decreases 3.8’ C if the CO2 amount is halved, provided that no other factors change which influence the radiation balance.”
You get warming ONLY if added CO2 does not change the radiation balance, meaning the heat entering does not fall with added CO2.
Before satellites, all scientists worked from the assumption that the sun mostly produced visible light and little heat. That visible light warmed the earth as the levels of CO2 and water vapor blocked out all the sun’s heat. Adding CO2 will not block out more incoming Sun heat as the was so little coming in to to begin with. But this is wrong.
Heat is the majority of the sun’s radiation. 30% of the sun’s heat makes it past the atmosphere, so adding more CO2 does change the radiation balance. Added CO2 blocks out more sun heat cooling the earth and reversing the greenhouse effect! Which is what Plass’s paper said. Plass assumed that added CO2 did not change the radiation balance, so added CO2 created a warmer earth, but he was wrong, added CO2 created a cooler earth.

We are getting warmer, but that is because the Little Ice Age (LIA), ended in 1850. The Earth has been warming up since then. Snow has been melting and the oceans have been warming up. With less and less cold left over from the LIA the warming is accelerating. We are going back to the Earth that existed in the last Inter-Glacial Period when Iceland was baren of ice and the seas were 26 feet higher than today.
20,000 years ago the seas were 110 feet lower than today. This is how it goes on the Earth, warm to cold, low seas to high seas. This is just the first time mankind has had the education and intelligence to understand what is happening.
Neanderthals lived through the last Ice Age but they didn’t know there was an ice age, it was just the way it was. Earlier hominids had no idea that they were in an inter-glacial age. All they knew was it was it was warm.

About insurance companies paying out more and more money. This is true. However, to say it is because of more storms and floods and fires is stretching it a bit. Actual numbers do not show this. The reason that there are more insurance money being paid out, I think, has more to do with the face that there are more targets, not more events. More homes built on flood planes, near beaches, and closer to forests. More expensive homes. Think about it.

Proof that climate change is a hoax: The political parties that claim global warming is an existential threat also push for population-growing immigration of people from low CO2 emitting lifestyles to the high CO2 emitting western lifestyles.
