
On December 3, 2020, the Climate Change Accelerator (CLX) at the Center for Human Rights and Global Justice hosted a panel discussion examining the challenges facing Barbudans following Hurricane Irma, focusing specifically on infringements to Barbudans’ collective land rights, efforts to strip Barbudans of their traditional ability to manage the affairs of the island, and the consequences of development activities for climate resilience on the island.
