It was a Déjà vu moment for Uttarakhand when it saw another disaster unfolding on Sunday. Hundreds of houses were washed away. 32 people are dead and over 170 people are still missing. By unscientific presumably you mean unsustainable. I have been travelling in that region since 2007 and am saddened as each year sees outrageous mega-construction which are destroying the environment and villages in Uttarakhand. Just awful 😞
