Is a real green solution!
USA could learn a lot from this real green solution!
We indian wants it
companies should be supervised and encouraged by policies to produce recyclable and environment friendly packaging products. The producing side is the key in my opinion. While relying on cosuming side is just not enough.
What I Learned in Past 1 Year that if State Decide to achieve any task they will be succeed, In Most Countries Govt just making Speaks and Does Not Implementing Plans, Because they want to Bright their Politics for Upcoming Elections No one (Politicians) Actually want to make Long Term Decisions.
I liked the idea where waste was put in water body and excess water that came out was recycled and sent back to ocean. This way new land can be created imo. Before a lot of land can be created this way I guess complete recycling and bioplastic will come about. We need more and smarter people in STEM!
So much trash on your table
The movie idiocracy has certainly foretold the future, especially in America.

Keep in mind that it is illegal for people in China to be truthfull. Though Singapore is a separate nation, anything that involves Chinese citizens should be taken as suspect.
How it control air pollution ?
In Modern Countries: they are collected in bags, and burned!!!
STUDY BELGIUM's RIDDANCE OF WASTE!!!
My country Bharat (India) is currently undergoing a massive social behavioral revolution towards municipal solid waste management. The central government leadership has sowed the seeds of waste mgmt across the entire country. It is now up to the execution of the framed policies. My country has very diverse thinking & income groups across cities and villages, having a unique outlook & perception towards treatment of waste as a 'waste' or resource. Here environmental education & consciousness is very critical. Else, confusion is a big time spoiler. Currently, WtE Plants are a hot favorite for the bureaucracy, planning commissions and central leadership. But this thought is being rejected by society at large, primarily from the cities. Due to low quality WtE Plants being commissioned, where emission norms are usually thwarted by majority and air pollution severely impacted. India generates high % of organic waste, which cannot or should not be incinerated or burnt. But the bureaucracy advising the political leaders are hell-bent in promoting only WtE. In some exceptional cases Bio Methanation Plants are increasingly being adopted by various Municipalities. A tough battle ahead as the country embraces development at a high pace!

Singapore is not only on this matter alone, but on almost all global issues is the leader of solutions, a result of the best leader of all, who's only lacks of intention for corruption.
My hat sincerely off.

Recycling is one profitable business, designed by intention by governments and interested financial parties to Always put the owness on the consumer, never the manufacturer….then, put in place ridiculous laws that the consumer is compelled to adhere to, all along the waste is just shipped off in billions of tons to a third world country, receiving benefits to do so, and once it’s left the originators shores, it’s considered ‘re cycled’…check out the UK….that’s exactly how the process works….it’s all based on financial gain….
Chine builds islands in the ocean between Taiwan and Philippines. They can support large aircraft’s. Maybe building some islands to add to the land field. I want to see this in the USA. We need to recycle our waste and build roads and generate energy from these recycled materials. Thank you for sharing!
These ashes are toxic, even when recycled in floors. The only way is to consume less or stop consuming plastic cups etc it’s unbelievable that people don’t get it.
