Climate disasters forced more people to leave their homes than war in 2020 – BBC My World #shorts

In 2020, Climate disasters forced three times the number of people to be internally displaced than violent conflict. This is according to a report by the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre. Internal displacement is when people flee conflict or disaster but remain in their own countries.
