They have not even been able to revitalize core hoods in the decades they have talked about it and thrown money at it. Then developers squeeze multiplexes in mature hoods with old pipes while Blatchford sits nearly empty. But then the nice renderings they show to people never become reality. Edmonton can not even built LRT smart way and without problems and budget overruns..
our comfortable and high quality of life is being made unsustainable because of immigration, your life gets increasingly harder the more people who move here, on top of that the true Canadian culture is being diluted and replaced.

We don’t have the technology to fight climate change. Climate change is caused by the sun. Oil and Gas are not fossil fuels, they are renewable hydrocarbons that form in the earths mantle. Gas is a clean energy source. CO2 is a fertilizer not a pollutant. Global warming which is caused by the sun; and more CO2 means life explosion not extinction. 15 minute cities and SMART cities are nothing but open air prisons designed to control the population. You wont be allowed to go anywhere, eat meat, and if you do or say something they don’t like you wont be able to buy food.

biking, hiking ,shopping ,hospitals tradesmen jobs all with 15minutes. Think snow 5 months of the year and think 30 below for some of that time . now think biking, hiking, hospitals , tradesmen jobs 15 minutes away . 2 million trees in neighborhoods where Yeah well planed out
