About The Author
The fundamental problem with climate change is the world is not working on a plan that gets us to zero CO2 emissions. Mr. Gates has stated this will cost us greatly. Several plans are documented at Wikipedia, link below. I would think governments would want to combine these and put together something they consider acceptable.
