An electric vehicles will require the coal fired power plants to ramp up power production… and where will the lithium-ion batteries 🔋 be deposited every 5 years … when they will need to be replaced? Can't put them in landfill…. they are highly toxic and can effectively salt the ground! (Nothing…. Nothing…. ever… for…ever will grow, if they are permitted to leach into the soil!
How will an electric truck recharge when driving across the Nullarbor? And is everyone prepared to accept the added cost of transport??? Where it took 20min to refuel, take a piss, grab a pie and have a durry …. it'll likely take 48hrs to recharge at a Green Energy Station.
No doubt the drivers can take time out to enjoy a Soy Latte, some humus and lettuce, while flipping through the Green bible – Marx's revised: "The Little Red Book that could" (It has pictures… because people are dumb if they believe any of this bullshit 😒)
