If global temperatures rise three degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels, the results would be catastrophic. It’s an entirely plausible scenario, and this film shows you what it would look like.

10 billion people trying to improve their lives via economic growth….we don't currently have a solution for this, in the time we have….
During the medieval warm period earth was warmer then it's now and there was no industrial revolution which is now blamed for so called climate change. Climate change agenda is a Al Gore and David Rothschild scam. Wake up sheeple.
Look up and see what chem trails looks like geo engineering is man made
Nothing changes until Billions are dead. That’s the unfortunate reality of human nature.
We have the means and the knowledge to stop this, but those with the power do not have the will. The will comes after it is way too late.
I think we're headed for 3 degrees.
Uneducated fools in the Trump cult will never understand this.
I’ve seen polls taken of educated voters who accept climate change, but are ‘reluctant’ to change lifestyle.
Capitalism profits chasing enriched societies with money while destroying the Planet itself at the same time.
The capitalism wheel has sped up so much that can't be stopped anymore.
Here in 2024. No drastic measures have been taken yet. Lots of people still say "things" but nothing real is being done. Super-Power countries already at war over food, land and access to resources. Far right parties have won elections all over Europe for the first time in decades. Not long now.
If humans have proven one thing. . .it's that we never make any attempt as a society to fix major issues until it effects us personally. . .problem with climate change is that if it finally reaches that point in the west. . . It's too late. I'm in the west, sitting in my nice air conditioned house, drinking clean bottled water and comfortable even though it's 95 degrees F outside. By the time I feel extreme discomfort, it will be because of food shortages and power grid failure. Problem is, I'm one of only a few aware of my privilege
What am I supposed to do about it? Talk to China. They're not going to stop making money just because it's burning up the atmosphere. The CHINESE government needs to do something.
Humanity is not the poison, but the cure.
this is straight propaganda without any scientific methodology to back. sure has plenty of past and present failed predictions from their elementary-level 'models'. Laughable.
A wonderful article, yet it didn’t mention the future or current armed conflicts over resources like water, land, climate migrants, and food that will happen in both developed and underdeveloped nations.
Hmm, I'm still waiting to see what it looks like when the ice caps have melted, I have been waiting 20 years.
Its like the rich are outsourcing their mission of a poverty free world by making the poor die out as a result of climate change..they are engineering the climate change..that will make survival impossible for poor..for the rich there will always be enough water, air and land.
Its a rich mans world, always has been.
Always will be, unless….
May be eight billion degree if as like running circumstance .
I’ll see this before I die I think. I was born in 2000. Oh well. It will be a shame to lose all the natural beauty I grew up with in California. It will hurt to tell my grandkids about.
it is a natural cycle for our planet to have more hot or more frozen era's we cannot do something about it global warming is in extreme majority a natural thing and even in the 1% human causes the majority is because of india and china so it is not the average european or american actio that would change something about this, governements use this as a way of restricting our liberties and rights dont fall for this.
PROPAGANDA IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DUMB AND BRAIN DEAD..
And now we go back to our caves, or what?
Eight billion degree
The problem is that we all like to live close to rivers, lakes and the ocean. The problem is just us and the luxury we are used to. The planet doesn't care about a few degrees more orl less.
the big " if ? "
White John Taylor Steven Gonzalez Jason
we are doomed we have destroyed ourself
same
It's the natural evolution of the planet, stop lying to people, humanity has done very little to affect the planet, we've actually slowed down the decline of co2 in the atmosphere, currently the earth is at about 180 tons in the atmosphere, if we reach 150 tons, all plant life on earth dies, this is all a complete lie and I would challenge you product those hundreds of scientists who are agreeing to this, this is nothing but a scare tactic to control what people do
Say anything; prove nothing.
We love trump and climate change is a hoax
"children born today are up to seven times more likely to face extreme weather than their grandparents" – This is mis-information. The weather is no worse today than it was ~50 years ago (although slightly warmer).
can i use part of video in my presentation?
3° more, like earth looked like in 95% of the past 500 million years. We live in the coolest period ever. period
Earth was never as cold as now for about 330 million years. We are still in an ice age by the way.
