Biden says US can reach net-zero carbon emissions by 2050

President Biden addressed world leaders at the COP26 summit in Glasgow, Scotland on Monday, making the case for cutting carbon emissions globally. He outlined how the U.S. can cut emissions in half by 2030 and reach net-zero emissions by 2050, under his PREPARE plan.
