COP climate talks kicked off with a procession of world leaders setting out their plans for curbing global warming. India set a net-zero target of 2070, although so far the other biggest emitters have brought little new.
The summit in Glasgow, Scotland, is happening under the shadow of an energy crisis that’s shifted some of the dynamics of climate diplomacy and forced governments to think more about security of supply. U.S. President Joe Biden comes to the conference pushing for more emissions cuts, while at the same time asking oil producers to ramp up output.

India hav to spend 7 % of gdp every year to reach target 2070 net zero.. USA made 28 % of Total carban emition in the world and india 3% , china 9 %.. so first develop contries hav to contribute because they r rich Because of carbon emition because cost of it will bankcorpt countries

India isn't part of nuclear supply group because "rich" countries don't let us in. Without shifting from coal to nuclear energy even 2070 look so ambitious, it will take 200 year to achive net zero.
