Chancellor Rishi Sunak has announced he wants the UK to become the ‘first ever net zero aligned financial centre’.
Speaking at COP26, he said all financial institutions and listed companies in the UK will be forced to publish plans on how they will transition to net zero from 2023.

We already lead on technology for low energy system development and clean power generation technology. This is our oppertunity to lead the world in engineering again like we did before they decided finance was more profitable for the rich

The troposphere, that's the part of the atmosphere we live in, is defined by molecules with a temperature of -60⁰ C and above. Emissions of IR from CO2 @ 15 microns cannot heat any molecules in the troposphere. That would violate the laws of physics.
