The government must start building proper houses with reputable contractors. Educated engineers and builders must be employed. No jobs for uneducated people to steal the funds available . Shoddy work is causing all these problems. Cannot take a landscaper to construct houses. Hope south African can get back to basic education on family planning so they can have families that they can provide for. God bless South Africa
