I have been waiting two and a half years for a hip replacement and still waiting. Not seen my GB in months but I get a phone call in the morning from one, not today, not next week. Here in Wales we have an 7 hour wait for an ambulance so test get rid of them as twice now I have used my own car and driven the 90 mile round trip and ÂŖ19 for parking. Wow
And UKHSA has a new job advertised for a Deputy Director for Climate Change. Think our taxes are being well spent? They are laughing at us.

If you look at the NHS years ago, it was managed and ran. Expectations were high, Matrons would run wards with military precision, the nurses and doctors would have to move with gusto and purpose.
What do we have now does not resemble any such likenesses. In fact quite the opposite. These places look rundown. Appointments are not kept. I have seen three nurses and a doctor stand chatting in a doorway for over an hour, = four hours wasted or more accurately, stolen. Systems as simple making an appointment to see the GP are worse than hopeless. But still have carried on pursuing stupidity, rather than correction?
There is not enough money in the World to make the NHS better. It would just waste even more money, and absolutely nothing would change.
It has accumulated a lot of fat cats that basically are unemployable anywhere and are not held accountable.

NHS should also not be there for non critical operations like transgender ops. Should be there for life threatening and where you feel physical pain, or have a disease or suffering from ailment. Come on, no wonder its never got enough money.
