  1. Planetary climate change has happened and will always happen. Human behaviour is polluting our planet, but to claim that human behaviour is the sole cause of climate change is irresponsible. Funding would be best spent on dealing with the consequences of climate change rather than a King Canute stance of trying to stop the unstoppable. Yes we need to clean up our act and live in a respectful way for our planet. But don't be taken in by one narrative.

  2. John Selwyn Gummer is an incompetent fool. He was responsible for allowing BSE infected beef into the human supply chain after allowing Scrapie infected sheep to be used as cattle feed to reduce farm input costs.

  3. The government's efforts are a joke. At this rate, they're not going to get there and nor are we. We are on the Titanic just after the iceberg was hit: the ship is sinking but very few people can believe the problem is serious.

  4. The u government are well behind the curve. E should have built nuclear plants30 yrs ago. We wouldn't now be dependant upon impirring energy including French power from their nuke plants on the Normandy coast

  5. A £5K tax credit (cash back in hand) for either rooftop solar, heat pumps or insulation for every resident will solve this issue overnight. Where there's no will, there's no way.

  7. The U.S. goverment will talk about climate change, they will not do anything substantial because it will cost money. They are into giving themselves raises and really they don't care!
