Watch out for scammers pretending to be me. I will never ask anyone to contact me over telegram for any reason. Thanks for watching!
for modular homes yes, great idea, not so much for bespoke homes with intricate designs
With a stampede of hopefuls rushing into the prefab market like a gold rush but, unable to deliver, I'd want some assurances. Their website however, isn't exactly forthcoming (no dimensions, prices, project addresses, etc).
Foam & drywall 👎
I love the idea of an entire development.
They should focus on tropical house like the Caribbean.
It would be huge to be able to buy some vacation property and not worry about having all the construction materials imported and going thru a build project in a foreign country.
that head knod at 1:34…made God smile…
Walls are the only part that is 3d printed. All the other 100s of items that go in building are not.
this sounds good but its very frustrating that these companies seem to only cater to the rich. i am retiring soon and looking for something like this but its always out of my price range. they need to remember people like me. thank you will keep looking
1:30 the best joke 🤣
Do you have a comprehensive list of prefab home builders that I can put into excel?
I like this home and I want a home that is well built to withstand hurricane strength homes with very little maintenance.
But I love the homes you feature with an abundance of outside decks including ones with a roof top deck off of the upstairs bedroom.. lots of rodents and bugs in FL and I desire a home that will not allow bugs in my home.
Great video, I want a house like this! … don't make your video HDR. Your face is bright as the sun.
Is it really sustainable material? I get that u get the energy green but the material?
38 % of CO2 emissions are from architecture, 28 % from operation not from building
This small single housing urban structure has absolute no dense to it, needs more material, lose more energy
idk
I want to buy this home, but the REAL problem is that I can’t find a bank who will give me a bank loan for anything other than a stick-built house. The builders are innovative as heck (these materials are actually MORE fire and earthquake resistant than stick-built or concrete homes), but the banks are in the Stone Age. Right now, if you can’t pay in all cash, you can’t build. That’s messed up.
3D printed, modular homes ARE the future.
Sorry to see they are not out to solve affordable housing crisis .
Those units are waaay too close to each other. (7:40)
If we are changing how homes are built, let's also change how suburbia is arranged!
Concrete+bricks+insulation+finishing are the way to build sustainable high quality homes.
My favorite YouTube Channel!🙌
Yeah…let me know when they have a kit for under $100K. Mass produced Net Zero modular housing (3D printed or not) is the future, but only if zoning laws allow for more than just single family homes and prices aren't in the stratosphere. Building 30 lot developments just sounds like more strain on public services and crumbling infrastructure through urban sprawl when we should be building denser, affordable housing in spaces where it's needed the most. But ya know, capitalists are in the business of making money, not serving the needs of communities. Zet zero is a noble goal, but if only the wealthy can afford it, it will have very little environmental impact overall.
Just dreaming to have one of that frepab Home.
And where you can actually place it ???
Any community ??
I keep asking same question
All pictures looks like remote desert places
Very nice work
I need a house that withstand hurricane and Tornado
Hey Kerry….Have you run into any Prefabs using foam?? It seems like the absolutely best way to go from creation to shipping….Yet no one is doing it here. There are homes made with foam components coming out of Japan and this company I just ran across…https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z0MQoEg-YFo Geometry and uni-body construction beats stick and even steal building as the whole structure takes an impact. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Xb9PFF4MSc
WTF 0.17 and where does all that small milled of material go !! flat roof – never has or will be a good idea, steel frame and gypsum board STILL FCK NO this is the shitist build ever with NO innovation just greenwashing BULL. AVOID at all cost theres a better way to make buildings this shit has to stop.
Thank You for the video
What good ideas for classrooms ? Any designs custom for just classroom use

So is a 3D Printed home made of plastic? And, regarding automated production…. how many people would have had jobs if the production wasn't automated?
I have been to the factory in Oakland California near the 880 freeway, from the outside it looks like a nice large manufacturing facility, however I have yet to set up a tour or actually see a finished or near finished product. Maybe in the near future someone representing the builder will allow me to tour the factory. There are developers looking to buy smaller 2&1 and 1&1 units, like a 700 sqft 2&1 or a 500 sqft 1&1 for rental purposes. So Kerry what is the cost of these units per sqft? Richard again
Wonder if they will make a Net zero category 5 hurricane-resistant home for places like Florida or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
sounds like a 3d printing building company selling themselves as a manufactured building to absorb a market
They are scammers. Don't believe them they just want to take people's money.
Hope all the other builders are watching your video and taking some serious nores
