The term ‘climate change’ must be put into political-economic context; nature is not simply metamorphosing independently of human action. Millions of Seraikis, Sindhis, Baloch, Gilgit-Baltistanis etc, are drowning because international donors, successive Pakistani governments, military officials, civil bureaucrats, ‘expert’ engineers and the capitalist class have carried on with business as usual, pillaging natural resources, recklessly promoting real estate development and tourism, and building mega-development infrastructure.
About the speaker:

What a beautiful talk about critical topics ! Loved it. ❤ from India
Nice
Kindly work on the audio setup, the speakers voice muffles so much at times. Please look into this matter
He is one of the reason why Pakistan still dwells in Stone Ages. Students sit passively. Teacher enjoys the privilege of unleashing his defective understanding of the world. "Colonialism." "Industrial Revolution." "French Revolution." "White race." "Climate change." No one knows who gave this man this privilege to unleash his fatal conceit. Half of the lecture is delivered in Urdu language. Half is delivered in English language. Queen of England had a reason to think twice before having her men landing in the "Continent of Circe."
Why Pakistan is trying to hide it's foolish policies behind damage from so called climate change? Climate change is universal phenomenon and every part of the world will be affected in different way. Stop playing victim and try to compensate your imprudent financial policies by getting alms in the name of calamity. You bring your Allah in evry sentence and if so endure it as will of your Allah. Umma has refused to give you chumma….
Agr ho ga to hum me sehi hoga, means sirf hum hi theek kren ge warna koi political ya aur koi country theek krne wali hamare ghr ko
Still there is hope in Pakistan . Modiji not against any muslim. This is your myth since you are seperated, suffering for this attitude till date, all the best
How to participate in these lectures as the audience?
this is really good. just one comment, it should be divided into two separate parts… we need to a fully separate talk on climate change and its impact of poor ad vulnerable.
Sindh is the worst disaster-hit province, however, governance and capacity are severely lacking.
