Decades of giving NGOs, charities and activists groups billions, and still the infrastructure ( sewers, water works….) and more are low grade in comparison to countries apparently seeking to help. So decades of limiting knowledge and technological growth, to secure sociopolitical programs that undermine internal dynamic development. Building communal taps in a villages, yes that will fix!! It’s all parasitic virtue and it needs to stop.
