Honestly why does it not bother people that we were lied to? I was told in 2003 the poles would be ice free by 2015. They are up 17.6% since. Tax through fear
We’re in a mild ice age now, the global temps have been getting wormer for the last 12,600yrs, human civilization has only been able to pop up between ice ages, the Egyptians didn’t built their pyramids in the desert and the people of Venice Italy didn’t build their city half way under water, the earth changes
An ice age is defined as a time when the earth has ice caps at the poles (not earths normal state) we’re in a mild ice age right now, the earth will get warmer as it seeks its normal state.
Why is it always burning fossil fuels instead of deforestation? Why don't we plant more trees??
but now most, if not all the holes in the O3 layer are gone and mended, I'm going to say we aren't in trouble!
Also the temperature has gone up 1°C since 1890.
Annddd did you know that the CO2 in the atmosphere is less than 1%? ~ 0.6%
If you take into account the literal holes we had in the ozone layer during the 60s,70s,80s,90s and early 2000s that definitely had an effect on the Earth
I know permafrost is melting but the temperature of the world changes! It always has!
I don't think cutting down trees (and not replanting them) has more of an effect! But I'll tell you this, you might not believe me, but once we start running out of Oxygen to breathe then we can freak out about the CO2 in the Atmosphere!!! We are going to be affected by the gasses in the Atmosphere wayyy before the EARTH and plants are! Potentially they won't be affected AT ALL!
We need to be kind to our mother earth, we all agree with that! But Another Fun Fact! CO2 emissions were down during Trump's four years as President! You can look it up!

Not only politicians also cooperations
And, since the government is who we are relying on to fix it, it will never be fixed. And let's face it, if they did try to do what is necessary the people would reject the solutions anyway. The solution is to get rid of cars, trucks, and all other gas powered vehicles. We need to force everyone to go over to solar or wind or geothermal energy. And we need to put the big oil companies out of business period. Since this is never gonna happen it is pointless to talk about it.
