  1. The green cultists are so brainwashed they think they can "save" the planet😂 Climate maniacs are going to destroy everything with their total ignorance and gullibility,it's all about wealth not health and if we comply with this utter nonsense we will have neither!

  2. We won't have any money help the environment if the ridiculous Net Zero agenda continues. Recycle sure, stop plastics going into the sea, reduce antibiotic use, eat organic, plant trees, stop deforestation, stop the scaring of the landscape from mining for lithium. Stop listening to an autistic teen fed nonsense by those who want to keep us locked up.

  3. Excellent. The Daily Clown Climate Show. I love it.

Today we’re going back to a report first published, fittingly, on April 1st but which has been removed and republished today without the original comments.

  4. How do we transition to renewables?
    How will it be achieved?
In what year will it be achieved?
    What is the requirement?
    How many wind turbines?
    How many solar panels?
    How many hydro dams?
    How many whatever?
    Where will it all be?
    When will it be ready?

Keep in mind that this must be done worldwide. Also keep in mind that overall energy consumption in 2050 will be 50% more than it was in 2020.

What happens when there’s no wind?
What happens when it’s too windy?
What happens when there’s no sun?

    If batteries are the solution-
    What capacity is needed?
    How many are needed?
    Where will they be?
    When will they be installed?

If pumped hydro is the solution-
    What capacity is needed?
    How many are needed?
    Where will they be?
    When will they be installed?

Also to be kept in mind – Renewables currently provide 10% of energy
(It’s been that way for years.)
    Hydro is 7%.
    Solar is 1%.
    Wind is 1%.
    Others is 1%.
    Nuclear is 5%.
    Fossil fuels is 85%.

  5. 3:30 – Electric vehicles. Why do people who promote electric cars always neglect to explain where all the electricity will come from?

    32 million cars in UK.
    11,000 km/year average.
    15 kWh / 100 km average
    1 car needs 1,650 kWh / year
32 million cars need 52,800 GWh / year

A 1000 MW coal or gas power station at 95% is 8,322 GWh / year.
That’s 6 new 1000 MW coal or gas fired power stations required.

    Alternatively, A 3 MW wind turbine at 25% is 6.57 GWh /year.
That’s 8,000 new 3 MW wind turbines required.

For solar power it works out at about 19,000,000 commercial sized panels.

  6. Unless he plans to build some sort of airtight dome over the UK carbon capture is useless as everybody else’s carbon will drift over the UK. So, no benefit to the UK or anyone else. Of course he could be planning to capture everybody’s carbon

  7. What has Ramadan and mosques got to do with climate change? Nothing, that is what! So, obviously this show is just heaping up propaganda upon propaganda! Please, for the love of some deity, leave us alone!

  8. Net zero will never be possible unless we go back to a Stone Age Hunter gatherer society with a far lower population of the world than today. That is of course impossible. Even wind turbines will emit co2 with their manufacture and the same could be said of the manufacture of just about everything else. There is no source of energy that is totally free of environmental problems. Or other problems, like their ability to provide sufficient power reliably and 100 percent of the time.

  9. Here’s a novel idea;instead of spending billions trying to invent something to remove your carbon why not just stop polluting in the first place?!
Not only are they doing nothing on C02 emissions they are actually giving permission for new oil fields and subsidising the fossil fuel companies gargantuan sums of cash.

  10. When is parliament and green groups going to admit the net zero doesnt apply to council houses and public owned building and state run schools. According to gov and green groups the target is 2050 which is around 26 years. Yet the biggest housing to switch out is council housing and public own building yet no party whether in gov or parliament will tell the public how they are going to pay for council housing and schools to change oner to solar and wind and pay for heat pumps and solar panels for every council house and school and where is the skilled labor needed to get it done let alone pay for it. Social housing and schools needs the upgrade before net zero can happen but gov and council have not the money for net zero in 200 years unless the gov says its only for those who own they home only with mean no net zero making it a con from day 1.

  11. When Wind farms/Solar farms cost the same as Gas it will be a success. However, the auction price for 1MWhr for Wind generated energy is £72 or £0.072 per kWhr (generator prices, not household/business prices). The auction price for Solar energy is £61/MWhr so £0.061 per kWhr. The auction price for Gas powered electrical generation is £0.92 per Therm. 1 Therm = 29.3kWhrs, so 1kWhr of Gas is £0.032, more than twice as cheap as Wind energy and slightly less for Solar. A typical modern Gas boiler is over 90% efficient at heating water for heating your home, whereas an electric water heater is only 85% efficient (losses are caused by conduction, convection, and non-heating radiation), so burning Gas is more efficient to heat your home than electric heating.
