For 0 CO2 emissions by 20XX, nuclear power is the way to go.
I think we should restart the two nuclear power plants (#1 & #2) that were shut down and keep nuclear power plant #3 running.
Green energy has limitations and is not reliable.
Burning more coals is not an option.
This problem is known since the 1980s and it was already agreed in the 90s to address it.
Think, the situation we are now demonstrates that humanity is not and will not be able to solve it.
So, how is Taiwan intending to adapt to the challenges of post-climate-collapse earth?
