Net Zero: Urgent need for skills system reform in the UK to achieve net zero targets – Centrica CEO

A new report by the Future Energy Skills Programme, led jointly by Centrica and the GMB Trade Union, has urged “bold action” to equip the workforce with the skills needed to enable the UK to reach Net Zero by 2050.
The chief executive of Centrica, Chris O’Shea, has told Sky News the UK needs to train apprentices with more practical skills to reach the net zero targets the country has set.

We don’t want zero targets so no need for new skills
NetZero can only really be achieved with the YearZero with a large proportion of the Carbon Based Units being eliminated. The Plans for the reduction of the Carbon Based Units via the deployment in late 2020 via the highly targeted Arm Ticket Silent Weapons for the Quiet War are still yet to be fully seen of course as replacement Carbon based Units are imported in millions.
