He also confirmed that the North East Scotland and the Humber have been chosen as locations for two new carbon capture usage and storage clusters.

1. Don't get inflation back down to 2% anytime soon.
2. Keep economic growth down to less than 0.5%
3. Increase the UK’s national debt to more than 100% of annual national income.
4. Increase the NHS waiting lists to almost 7.5 million with over 3 million waiting more that 18 weeks.
5. Pretend to stop the boats in an attempt to get more votes at the next election.
Having succeeded on these I eagerly await his announcement of his new priority to increase the UK's CO2 output. In his own words jetting off on holiday as often and as far as you like will have absolutely no impact on the environment. Obviously going by helicopter is preferred where possible.
