A climate change disaster mitigation project that is a disaster in itself – and expect to see more if climate change funded projects are rushed through without thought to grant funded ongoing maintenance nor long term planning. No one is responsible because departments and organisations act in silos. Grateful for grants. Sometimes though, the best intentions lead to perverse outcomes. If anyone can think of an alternative use for these 35 odd things then you deserve some serious kudos
