Great news, common sense prevails for ordinary people and nor just for those with more money who can afford to throw away their new cars every 4 or 5 years because the batteries can't be replaced – isn't that wasteful? Hopefully research will be done so car batteries are not wasted and can be renewed cheaoerl replacement batteries.
Also, heat pumps can be modified and made cheaper so that those with smaller homes can afford the money and space for rhem.

I refused to pay the ULEZ in london and after 28 days i got a PCN wich is basically an invoice of which will still not be getting paid, on the grounds that i cannot afford an additional £12.50 per day. We all want to see a cleaner greener UK for our kids, the planet over the last few years have shown some incredible man made disasters, water is getting very scarce and. The temperatures are simply wild! To do a U turn on net zero to fill Mummy and Daddy’s bank accounts because they signed a deal with the oil companies is unforgivable. This was the last death warrant signed for the conservatives sadly.
