We have exported most of our manufacturing emissions , even shutting off the U.K. entirely would have a statistically insignificant effect on worldwide emissions , reaching Nett Zero, will have an imperceptible effect on worldwide emission .
If we take back all OUR manufacturing , and do them in an environmentally sustainable way, THEN we could perhaps make changes that would still be small, but may at least be measurable in world terms .
