  1. It’s called Global Warming, and it usually followers an Ice age, check out the Two Billion years of PaleoClimate records, or doesn’t anything count prior to the last 150 years. Where did the crocodile fossils come in the Northern Arctic, or the dead tree stumps?

  2. Where is the warming? The Us has probably the best long term temperature records going back to the 1800's but if you look at the raw data from those records there is not warming (even ignoring any heat island effect from increased urbanization there is still no great change For example compare Arizona Annual average temperature of the last 25 years compared to 1910 to 1935
    Arisona 1910 and 1935,
    all years above 74F, 24 above 75, 18 above 76, 10 above 77, 5 above 78 and 2 above 79.
compared to the last 25 years
    all years above 73F, 24 above 74, 22 above 75, 17 above 76, 9 above 77, 4 above 78 and 1 above 79.
*(Source NOAA raw temperature records extracted from 828000 daily maximum and minimum records from multiple weather stations across Arizona.
the same lack of a significant warming trend happens if you do the same to any other state.

Australia also has some good long term coastal temperature records with some being collected by relatively remote lighthouses (ie there should be little to no heat island effect)
For example; The Cape Otway lighthouse (West of Melbourne) has been collecting daily temperature data since 1860 and shows a slight cooling trend. *(source NOAA international dataset of 57100 temperature readings taken at the Cape Otway lighthouse)

  3. Remember that they only started monitoring Antarctic sea ice when the climate DOOM predictions were for an imminent ice age because the planet had cooled significantly after the 1940's. Ie they started monitoring when the sea Ice would have been at a temporary maximum,

  4. You'll know that the "powers that be" are actually getting serious about addressing climate change when gas costs at least $2 a gallon more than it does now. Probably more. That's a fact. And we aren't even close to that happening, because the oil and gas industry won't allow it, and those kinds of people run everything.

  5. One solution could be a disc or object held high and transparent enough to reflect a shadow over at least a 1/4 of the poles.. and kerbam.. vitamin d and colder temperatures on the poles

  6. In reality, "there have been statistically significant positive trends in total Antarctic sea ice extent since 1979." (Fogt et al, 2022. Published in Nature) "since 1979 is the only time all four seasons demonstrate significant increases in total Antarctic sea ice in the context of the twentieth century".

Antarctic sea ice extent is an unusual weather event dressed up as the end of the world. Antarctic sea ice was at a record maximum in 2015. No one mentioned that as part of a climate crisis.

And why don't we hear about the Arctic? Because there's been no warming there this summer. Summer 2023 is one of the coldest in decades in the Arctic, and May 2023 was the coldest on record there. The Greenland ice sheet surface mass balance (SMB) for the past 11 months is a massive 450 billion tonnes of ice accumulated. 5 out of the last 7 years have seen huge accumulations above the average (1981-2010). Data from NOAA (2022 Arctic Report Card) show winter (March) ice coverage has hardly changed since '79, and that the summer (September) coverage trend had stopped declining since 2007. In September 2022, sea ice reached a minimum extent of 4.87 million square kilometers in the Arctic, and September, 2023 was 4.23. Both of these are higher than the extent in 2007, which means the Arctic summer sea ice trend is zero for the past 16 years. It was almost as high as 1995. But you won't be told any of these facts on the news. They don't fit the story. Because that's what it is make-believe.

  7. Milankovitch cycles and ice cores prove a change in global temperature is due to a change in solar radiation (ice ages track Milankovitch cycles). And the change in CO2 changes with the ice age temperatures. CO2 is not driving temperature change, it’s the temperature change that drives the CO2 level

  8. I copied and pasted the following.. "The tilt of the Earth on its axis can alter by how much Antarctica's ice-sheets grow or melt, according to New Zealand and international scientists. Studying the rocks deep below Antarctica, the researchers found that variations in the ice sheet over vast time scales (hundreds of thousands of years) matched eccentric changes in the Earth's tilt"/ end . With that said, we have been seeing a net gain of ice on the east side of the continent of Antarctica of between 82 billion tons a year to 110 billion tons a year since 1992. And that is a net gain after taking into account all losses of ice on the west side of the continent. To give you some perspective on how much ice 82 billion tons of ice is, just two years worth is like adding the weight of Mount Everest to Antarctica's east side. So if scientist are correct, we are about to experience a serious change in Earth's tilt. That will be a major weather changer.

  9. If there was a real problem, then maybe we all need to change our habits. All construction and road work can be done at night to stop the disruption of traffic flow and pollution during the day

  10. Climate education in schools acts as a catalyst, instilling a sense of responsibility and environmental consciousness in future generations, fostering a sustainable ethos from an early age.

  12. Rome's Portus grain port 200 AD at sea level, now up to 40 metres above sea level, is obviously not silted over, as NASA proclaims, attached, because it's visible on Google maps and satellite. Google maps indicate a current elevation about 40 metres above current sea levels.

YouTube Drain the Oceans Rome pictures the evidence. It's the tip of the iceberg. There's a huge community of marine archeology studying sea levels fluctuations. Mostly below sea levels but some above. Apparently one researcher sought permission to scan the flood plains below Troy.

Apparently there are hundreds of ports from the Roman era which are now above sea levels. Isle of Thanet, Shore Forts, Port of Rye UK. It appears the conventional explanation is "SILTED OVER" but new evidence, beyond a reasonable doubt, is sea levels were higher in Roman times. Rebuilding global ports needs 100 years lead time ( check with Arcadis, Netherlands) and because we're talking about the End of Civilization, this issue is STAT.

Scientists who debated a physical environment without inspecting it are like Ancient Greek scientists who debated how many teeth a horse has without inspecting horses.

It's urgent that marine archeology, inSAR, NISAR, Adrok Scotland ( AI and big data radar points) and ground penetrating radar ( a new technology), geomatics ( a new science of ground instability or movement), mining tech, volcanology, ash layers, and so on re-examine the physical evidence because civilizations built on ports end when their ports are high and dry or submerged. Don't know whether sea levels will return to their (recent) peak in 10, 100 or 1,000 years, nor what the cyclical processes are.

  13. So you have done your share of misinformation again, the subsidies have been secured again and you can keep your job. It's a shame that other researchers show that the ice sheet has grown enormously, but they are not subsidized
