Wouldn't it be more efficient to regulate the 1% than the rest of us?

Their meeting:: We gotta lower the oil consumption to reduce polution but without damaging our profits. Lets increase the price of oil so people will consume less but it won't harm our profit as it will also increase the price of everything. United States is doing what he can to regulate smog, dangerous chemicals from polluting our waters and other hazards! When China doesn’t care, they pollute freely, so does Mexico and other countries that really don’t care or are ignorant like taking a dump in your backyard all the time I wonder why it smells bad!
