World leaders call for action to prevent climate change disaster

World leaders have converged on Dubai City in the United Arab Emirates, calling for action against the devastating effects of climate change. The prime minister of Uganda Robinah Nabbanja is attending the COP28 – the United Nations Climate Change Conference- on behalf of President Museveni. FRANCIS JJINGO sent this report from Dubai.
