Most governments have known of this weather pattern for years, since 1950, and have chosen not to reveal too much to the general public because we might panic ! Now we are panicking but it is probably too late to get rid of fossil fuels. We need smaller cars, smaller homes, reduced consumption of meat and above all reduced population.
Great doc have forwarded to adult kids (daughter's a biologist, son's a nurse), we are STEM, I majored in Sylviculture and re-wild the place but I had to fight them, too bad they don't know a brain is for using!

Total nonsense, regardless what you call the weather variations, there is nothing you can do about it, Japan has been grappling for hundreds of years with the same problem, as well as other pacific nations, simply monitor the weather on Mars and call it name, but nothing can be done about it. my advice is to reduce birthrates in poor countries to about 50% and for rich countries 25% to stop the toll that these natural disasters from having huge tolls. I do not believe a word of any prediction, these are natural phenomenons that we have to live with, by reducing the people and animals exposed to these disasters by making sure they are not born, we save them the agony and the heartache..

We have 20 if these every year that dump a metre of rain per storm, not 33cm…. and they happen 20 times a year not once every 10 years but they bring up to 310kmh winds with them too. You should be grateful….
