Opponents of net zero hate their country and don’t care less about their children and grandchildren’s well being or futures. How much must you hate your country to want to see it choke in a soup of carcinogenic gases, deny it the opportunities for prosperity in the clean industries of the future. Deny our kids the work opportunities in the growth sectors of the world economy, condemn them to breathing in dirty air and enduring intolerable climate effects. China and India are building new coal burning power plants with little to no pollution mitigation these fools are trying to destroy the British economy. Universities have no right to dictate tocompanies. Companies have no right to dictate to government. Ordinary people are the only ones who have the right to dictate to government as they elect the MPs who elect the government whomake the decisions. I dont need to be teacher or head of some organisation or university profesor to know if I will teach my children 1+1 is 11. My children will be sure im right. The experts can predict changes of a small fraction of a degree but cannot reliably know what the weather will be tomorrow!! CO2 is not a problem, there are numerous world class scientists who promote real protection of the planet but are cancelled by academia, mainstream media and green industries who are all wedded to the "net zero" religion.
