Great video. It would be helpful if all UK viewers would write to their MP raising these issues as otherwise nothing will get done. I write to my MP on a regular basis and he is always responsive.
Net zero = intellectual waste land, the world over. The geniuses are allowing China to be the factory to the world and to negate the so called net zero action of the west.
Politicians won't answer letters from constituents who question the reality of the amount of energy being generated by renewables and the amount needed to fill the gap from nuclear and fossil fuels. They absolutely refuse to do anything to provide sufficient power to cover demand and expect the public to switch to EVs when there is simply not the capacity to cover the change, let alone the public's ability to afford these EVs in the first place.
All the political parties except Reform are blindly adhering to the deadlines for switching to Net Zero when the country does not have the means to do that. They are taxing the public massive amounts and some are being forced to live without heat because they cannot afford the energy prices. As these deadlines approach, the politicians are simply extending them as they did for EVs and it will become a running joke.
We need the politicians to accept reality that Britain is sitting on a massive amount of frackable gas as well as new oil fields and coal mines. So long as China brings a new coal-fired power station online each week, we should do the same and power our grid with British fossil fuels.
It’s true that net zero is a sick joke, but this video and all the comments are one-sided. Climate warming has accelerated recently, as predicted long ago by veteran climate scientist Jim Hansen, and this is because of stricter regulation on shipping emissions of sulphur dioxide, which were encouraging brighter clouds which were reflecting more sunshine away. That cooling influence is now lost. (Well done International Maritime Organisation). The worst thing the UK government has done was when they forgot to award Moltex energy the £5 million prize money they won for the best advanced nuclear power station design. At least Grant Shaps visited them last year when he was energy minister.

I live in Wisconsin and we are having the warmest winter that I can remember. The past 4 winters have felt very different (warmer) than previous years. I don't trust the man made global warming crowd for the simple fact that they are so unwilling to consider an opposing view. I do that regularly – challenging the views that I hold. Their unwillingness to ever consider the possibility that the global warming is caused by something other than "dreaded humanity" bothers me. I makes me think that something other than science is afoot. What is the non-man made global warming explanation that can make sense of these past few very warm winters? My children's school just teaches that this is a simple fact: we are having warm winters because of uncaring mankind and his wasteful ways. I'm glad I found your youtube channel… but do you have an explanation for this warmer winter that doesn't only point to human activity?

Britain has over a thousand years of Coal reserves under its feet and Oil and Gas, 3-400 years in known reserves Mainly in Scottish waters, but the government refuses to allow it to be accessed as it would give the SNP another boost for Independence! The drive to EV's in the UK is totally unachievable by any date as the public will not buy the hype! Plus the overall grid capacity would have to be up to 6 times its current capacity if all ICE cars were replaced by EV's The only way that is achievable is to build a vast network of modular Nuclear reactors! Even if they gave the go ahead today it would be into 2045 before the grid capacity was anywhere close to being acceptable!
The EV market is very much in decline for four main reasons, 1) The cost of insurance has rocketed (due to the fire risk.) 2) The range anxiety due to the reduction in bad weather and increased load over that of the driver.) 3) The initial cost combined with the depreciation factor. 4) The lack of reliable charging points and the vast price difference in cost of K Watts!
The instinct of the people to question net zero has been heightened since the covid debacle and the increased unexplained deaths since the introduction of the vaccines! They have been awakened to the WEF's policies based on control of the masses and then their reduction to half the existing level.
This world is in big trouble. The book of Revelation tells us what God has potentially planned for the 7 year period before Jesus returns. God judges nations that are full of pride, a wealthy elite, covetousness, vanity, injustice, inequality and suffering. He clears the slate. He has no choice.

It is good to set goals and work to achieve them and net zero can be used as a goal, but it can have no effect on global warming. All the greenhouse radiant energy from the earth is completely absorbed by greenhouse gases within 20 meters of the radiating surface. Non is radiated out into space. That was taught in my 1978 high school science as earth's greenhouse effect that adds and average of 10°F (5.55°C) to earth's average temperature and is always in saturation from the strong greenhouse gas water vapor. The greenhouse effect is used in high school science as an example of saturation that is all around us everyday.
Even though water vapor varies hugely in concentration across the earth's surface from a dry desert to 4% of the atmosphere when 100% humidity and 86°F (30°C) water vapor always holds earth's greenhouse effect in saturation. At average tropospheric water vapor concentration of 1% over 99% of earth's greenhouse effect is from water vapor. Once greenhouse gases have absorbed the greenhouse radiant energy from the earth its further heat transfer is by convection i.e. gas molecules bumping into each other. Atmospheric gas molecules are too cold to appreciably radiate heat energy.
The back of the United Nation's IPCC science report has a statement of legal data transparency that it took its greenhouse gas samples at 20,000 meters altitude and only that one altitude! It is common high school knowledge there is no greenhouse radiant energy at 20,000 meters altitude. This statement protects the authors of the report from fraud prosecution. They have been transparent with their data. This is the same type of misleading marketing practice as when a beverage is labeled "All Natural Fruit Flavors" and in the ingredients it tells the truth "contains no actual fruit juices". It's simple misleading marketing with one of the most taught examples of a system always in saturation, earth's greenhouse effect.
It is obvious to people that have been around for a while and following world developments that global warming has been paused at 1°C for over thirty years. In 1991 it was a major report when global warming was stated at 1.1°C. Global warming was later derated downward to 1°C. In 2022 global warming was officially reported at 1.06°C. The Arctic is warming with the mechanism receiving more and credit being warm Atlantic Ocean waters migrating further and more frequently into the Arctic Ocean warming it and the region. This warming has caused there to be a few less weeks of reflective snow and ice surface cover causing additional solar gain to the earth.
The BBC was and still is the government propperganda channel. That it what is as setup as by the government during ww2 and it still is.

CLIMATE CULT Timeline to Apocalypse
1970s – Global cooling will kill us all.
1980s – Correction, looks like Global warming will kill us all.
1990s – Global warming will definitely kill us all.
2000s – Global warming stopped. UN memo (original). Let’s call it Climate Change because the temperature keeps fluctuating up and down leading to a 14 year temperature pause while CO2 continued to rise unabated.
2010s – Everyone realises climate change is normal. UN memo (1). Let’s call it a Climate Emergency.
2010s – There was no climate Emergency. UN memo (2). Let’s corrupt the science with unlimited funding to government controlled institutions who are willing to falsify temperature data, then call it a Climate Crisis.
2020s – The Climate Crisis failed to eventuate. UN memo (3). Let’s find a useful idiot and name her Greta. She will be our climate cult Goddess. Australian climate cult members were busy exploiting the dry summer starting many fires leading to many arrests for arson.

2025 – UN memo (5) is immediately cancelled when a 9 year old pointed out that CO2 is the trace gas of life without which we and all carbon based life forms do not exist. All that carbon came from CO2. It is called a trace gas because there are traces of it measured at an incredibly low 420ppmv or 0.042%. Barely enough to raise the temperature in a room full of climate cult members releasing methane in a desperate attempt to raise the temperature.
2030 – The climate cult is exhausted from its endless lies but manages to double down for another decade of stupidity with fresh funding from corrupt governments and corporations making lots of money from intermittent renewable energy that never works when the wind stops and the sun sets.
2040 – The climate cools while CO2 continues to rise and everyone realises temperature and CO2 have decoupled and that CO2 is a very minor green house gas that has little to no effect on the planets temperature. UN admits defeat and commences the biggest compensation payout in human history.
Now we can add permafrost Methane release as the latest fake disaster according to COP 28.

Funny how when it's windy the price of electricity plummets. Carefully cherry picking data and stopping at 2020 means that the cost of investment in renewables adversely affects the price per MWh. Now that it's built out we're seeing the return of investment, falling energy prices and a reduction of our dependency on expensive foreign gas to produce electricity. Octopus energy customers are reaping the benefits with very cheap electricity from renewables and with intelligent tariffs for EV and house battery owners the grid is able to be stabilised for intermittent renewable energy.

The latest movie, ‘Climate- The Movie’ which is on YouTube now, shows the scientific reality of CO2 production. Basically we are living in a CO2 famine. The more of it we produce, the better the plants grow, the more food we can produce and the better off we all are. We need to get manufacturing and get drilling.
The problem is really the fact that the whole political class has bought into the net zero scam. Until they are out of office and energy costs spiral out of control, nothing will happen in the U.K.
