  1. Climate change, short rainfall are not big problems in Karnataka. The State of Karnataka has been fightjng over Kaveri since past 30-40 years, long before India knew about climate change. Water shortage existed for years there. AB Bajpayee has even proposed river interlinking project to solve the Kaveri fight and other states water problem. However other leaders never cared. The last BJP govt made huge money selling land and lot of constructions came up. You will witness cutting trees reducing CRZ area in the name of development in all BJP ruled states. Infact just tell me how many hospitals have you seen after Corona? At that time big commitments were made regarding hospital. Karnataka Congress inherited a problem and low rains just compounded it. In India frankly BJP feels it does not need to do anything other than destroying opposition and opposition feels holding on to their chair is utmost priority. So many states witness hardly any solution to their real problems.

  2. People don’t see the water stress as long as water is coming in their tap
Municipality or their borewell is supplying water to people’s home so they thing everything is fine
    Pipe doesn’t produce water
    Taps doesn’t product water
    They just deliver water
When water comes down through rains, it cannot percolate to increase groundwater as it is just flowing on the surface
The root cause is loss in soil strength. Without greencover & animals the lands are dying. These two are the only sources of organic strength of the soil.
Agriculatural lands needs real fixing as it covers the maximum area of the world land where human hand is tending on daily basis.
    WE MUST UNDERSTAND THIS
WATER STRESS OR LACK OF WATER and SOIL ORGANIC CONTENT ARE VERY DIRECTLY CONNECTED.
Open soil ripped open by plouging, open to sun light is the basis of destruction of the microbial life. Focus should be on agriculture. Focus should be on seeing that Agricultural Land is under shade as much as possible some kind of shade grasses herbs bushes trees.

  4. Well sitting cm in jail on liquor case
BJP'S washing machine and electorial bonds case
    And banglore out of water
Ab aur kuch baki hai election se pehle bhai muje ab bohot dar lag raha hai and asap I want to leave the country

  5. Why cant Indian Government convert sea water into drinking water unlike Dubai???places like Goa, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, vishakapatnam has my sea so why indian government is not creating project of converting sea water into drinking water by treatment???

I think Government is only busy in building ram mandir and show off

See i am not against building temple but government should first see about Nature right and how government can provide water to the people

  6. You forgot to mention biggest reason of Water scarcity. Its water pollution.

Due to rapid urbanization of Bengaluru, many companies opened in the city which caused pollution of water bodies. Bengaluru, being called a city of lakes, has no freshwater unpollutted. Plus, concretisation led to non-replnishment of groundwater, another freshwater source destroyed.

The Bengalureans should have voted for better councillors in their Municipal Corporation, who could have protected their environment and had made development in planned way, but they chose pathetic candidates cum goons of INC, BJP etc.

  7. Kitna gallon hai wo batao ya kisi aur cheez se compare karo jo india walo ko samaj aye, olympic etc kisiko samaz nhi ata, jisko ata hai wo aapka shorts skip kr deta hai

  8. What is the actual problem?
Actual problem is that the soil has less organic content and less vegetation.Hence the soil is unable to hold or absorb rain water. That is why rain water becomes flood and it ultimately flows to the sea and the ocean once again!!!
We have only and only one solution and that is to "make farmers move from Agriculture to Tree Based Agriculture". Also a lot of trees need to be planted near the river so that rain water is absorbed and it will directly feed the river.
