
UNICEF has released a report looking at the cost of the impact of climate disasters on children and young people in Australia. It found that, on average, more than 1.4 million kids experience an extreme weather event in a year, and it can have a big and lasting effect on their lives. We meet some kids who’ve experienced disasters and find out what measures experts are calling for to protect young people in the future.
