I would guess more like %5, if even that. Most of us live inland, we even have different weather. San Diego has 4 weather zones, coast, inland, mountains and deserts.

Land erosion does not reverse itself or stop. If it does, please – someone, anyone – show me the article or story where land erosion stopped and all was well. These folks need to call it a day and move to more stable ground. In our lives, we've all had to take a loss for some reason or another. Taking a loss to save ones life is the best reason ever.
Blah blah blah blah do you know the California used to get a lot more rain…..its called MOTHER NATURE. We weren't meant to live right at the waters edge.

Sea level rise is not an issue in California. Why? Because the land is being uplifted by plate tectonics.

That can’t be a valid statement. California real estate prices are higher than most people can afford. Most residents are not wealthy enough to live on the coast.

Funny how the video has a "Climate Change" context. This video itself should have a bullshit context. I had to click off when they said at least 70% of Californian's live on the coast.
If you build or live on the edge of a cliff or hillside that is subject to erosion, chances are that the land under your home will be eroded away some day. If you build on a beach, you're going to get wet. If you live on a flood plain, flooding will be in your future. People seem to have to learn these lessons anew every few years.
