One Nation Leader Pauline Hanson has called for Australia’s migration levels to be “cut back to net zero”.
Ms Hanson joined Sky News Australia to discuss whether the country’s migration levels should be reduced.
“We can’t keep bringing in this number of people into the country because we don’t have the infrastructure,” she said.
“It is unsustainable.
“I’m saying cut the immigration back to net zero – meaning if we’ve got so many people leaving the country, bring them in, alright.”

Sky news only started complaining about immigration since Oct 7 2023 after which times pro palestinian sentiment and muslims started to become more brazenly anti semitic in their view their main concern is protecting the jews and Judaism not condemning immigration or multiculturalism.

The U.S. has the same problem too. Our Gov’t started letting in 8.7 million illegal immigrants via an open border 3-1/2 years ago. We do have a Legal Immigration policy in place, but our current government are not following this policy. Far too many tax payer dollars have been spent on illegal immigration and it continues. Something has to give.

Each time there’s this one politician giving a rather radical solution and only acted upon half or less of what he/she said. Realistically, we can curb immigration down to 150000 in the next 2 years, for uni students only allowing international students to study stem subjects, for work visas they’ll have to have 5 years of proven work experience in their field and pass an English communication test. The field in question must only be medicine and engineering related. No more barbers chefs and whatever low income positions. Otherwise they’ll have to have a big bank balance to move here.

Immigration could be zero at this point until the end of the decade and the population would still be higher than projected two decades ago.
The timing could not have been worse, with rising interest rates and inflation coupled with record housing costs new homes just aren't being built at near the rate that immigration is running at.
Birth rates can only go down further from here due to financial stress and the perception of a bleak future for the next generation.
So we are facing a baby shortage, and we need to have babies but we also have double income families living in tents

Skilled immigration actually hurt's Australians as all immigration does, it lowers pay rates for Australians and keeps more people in our country poorer short term and long term.
