  1. Net Zero, a problem worldwide, for sure. Nuclear energy is the only sane option for baseload power but if you're a politician that invested heavily just prior to going green on energy, you're probably wanting to carry on lining your own pockets than using something as reliable as nuclear power.

  2. Nothing flawed in their plan. They know they are one term and out, so they do some theatrics make it look like they will help with cost of living. Implement further pain for farmers/consumers re food pricing with sustainability goals, increase govt spending on aboriginal titles even though people voted NO, increased welfare, increased tax collection, make a song and dance about energy but then approve nothing that will reduce costs.

  3. What are they proposing for added electricity when petrol diesel and gas are all removed. How much will backup batteries cost. ?Here inuk we estimate £30 trillion. At todays prices. Solar panels being made by fossil fuel industries.

  4. The lunacy of “renewables” is being exposed globally for the scam that it is both in terms of environmental benefit (none) and massive cost rendering power grids unreliable.

  5. Interesting way of out pricing coal fired generation and much the same as nuclear in the UK which has been regulated out of viability. Yet in France and other countries it’s entirely viable, produces no CO2 and is dependable whether or not the sun is shining and wind blowing. It’s a funny old world that the eco-zealots live in.

  6. Oh boy, when are all of you hot shot experts going to finally wake up to yourselves, and realise that carbon is a solid, so it can not be emitted, unlike CO2, which is a gas? Have you all missed your science class? And the tragic fact is, that CO2 is NOT controlling the Earth's temperature, nor it is a pollutant! The warmist retards deliberately conflate CO2 with particulate pollution to push their BS. So please stop parroting these idiots and avoid using terms like "carbon pollution" or "carbon emissions".

  7. It is easy to find the errors and harder to find a solution. It is a problem for everyone around the world. It is the most complicated problem to solve. Either we do something or nothing. Even if we do meet net zero by 2050 there is the carbon dioxide already in the atmosphere which will impact weather events in the future.

  8. Kenny, you need to be investigating why this destruction of our grid is happening. Follow the money,,,, you call it a scam, then find out why they are pulling this scam and blow up the whole thing. All we we is whinging and complaining why it won't work,,,,,, it's all being done for a reason, and its not about the climate.

  9. So we are going to pay China 100's of billions of dollars for renewable energy components, and we'll have to rely upon them for parts and upgrades for decades to come.

A country that is threatening to invade a neighboring country, Taiwan, and is beating up on the Philippines from it's military bases in the South China Sea, only Bowen could think that, that is a winning long term strategy.
