I wonder if you could sue all people individually, who destroy the planet by using cars, flights, or having an extravagent lifestyle. Our society kills, aren't we all murderers?
It is "war on cars" to herd us via rail transit track trolley trains, bicycles, and horses into agricultural solar serfdom so I have designed a sold fueled jet engine to power a road skimmer road vehicle and an air conditioner so top soil dirt of gardens or farms and even creosoted logs can be burned for fuel.
They cowardly hide behind litigation court system of a welfare state so I would like to atrophy both my muscles and bones to wimp out compared to how my parents were a product of rugged robust self reliant eugenics.
"Blade Runner" blues of how they cowardly hide behind armed authority of others they send into battle so who squeals loudest of pantywaist passive aggressive victimhood welfare state has all the assets so why work?

Wait until people start suing because the governments green initiatives are making it too expensive to live, or too hard, or something.
In the short term, we need to slow or stop increasing the level of atmospheric CO2. But, in the long term, we need to maximize the amount of carbon that is active in the carbon cycle. The carbon cycle dictates the life potential of the planet. Carbon capture technology generally takes carbon out of the active carbon cycle in a way that it can’t be redeployed back into it. That makes every plant in earth grow smaller. As the human population grows over time, limitations on the carbon cycle will make it harder to prevent mass starvation. The first people we should be suing on behalf of future generations is anyone engaged in carbon capture. It needs to be banned. Governments who are funding it need to be held accountable for the future suffering that they are causing.
Instead of suing taxpayers, why don't they sue "The Climate"?
As to the future temperature and CO2 level of the atmosphere (ignoring the fact that you can't measure the temperature of the atmosphere), there are four possibilities:
1) Warmer and more CO2
2) Warmer and less CO2
3) Cooler and more CO2
4) Cooler and less CO2
Anybody who thinks that either 2, 3 or 4 is optimal for life on Earth doesn't understand basic biology.
I'm going to sue the government and force them to burn huge piles of old tires.
These law suits have as much to do about environmentalism as the tobacco suits had to do with people's health. Like the tobacco cases, lawyers will make tons of money, but otherwise nothing will change, as the only goal is for lawyers to make money.

Sayangnya, dua istilah tersebut itu diterjemahkan persis terbalik.

– Seharusnya hak asasi Manusia adalah terjemahan Fundamental human rights.
Jelas bahwa human right itu berbeda dengan fundamental human rights. Keduanya itu memang berbeda artinya.
Banyak orang Indonesia yang memahami human rights memalui terjemahan yang salah itu, sehingga pemahaman dan aplikasi mereka tentang human rights juga salah demikian pula diskusi diskusi mengenai human rights menjadi tidak tepat. Jadi, terjemahan yang salah ini berdampak besar pada pemahaman dan penerapan human rights.
Yang lebih parah lagi, banyak orang Indonesia mengucapkan “hak asasi manusia” (fundamental human rights), padahal yang dia maksudkan adalah human irghts (hak manusiawi). Kacau kan?
Tidak semua pelanggaran human rights itu otomatis merupakan kejahatan. Kok bisa? Ya bisa lah.

I see a lost generation coming up, as lawyers waste the fortunes of nations. It is also an act against human rights to deny use of farmland and grinding industry to a halt using specious assumptions. Oil already is carbon captured and restoring it to atmosphere will likely benefit all life – there are no animals without plants. Also… stasis is unnatural. But California is insane: there is no right against weather or natural disasters enumerated anywhere. So why is the EPA selected as am alleged whipping post? Because the case is non-adversarial: its an inside/outside job, and brought in bad faith – watch the US attorney softshoe the matter into the ditch as an exercise of bad faith. Sanctions all around and immediate dismissal would be my preference.

The decision of the Human Court of Human Rights is merely a recommendation, it has no legal effect. In addition, it is completely irrelevant what said Court decides, the MOTIVATION, i.e. REASONS FOR THE DECISION is the only thing that matters (as in every court case).
For instance, the court could have issued a decision in favour of these ladies because the Court did not have any counterarguments filed, like: if you you (i.e. Ladies) claim your rights are violated and the Court has no arguments that would, could or might indicate otherwise, therefore the Court must decide in your favour. Counterarguments could have the form like: the Swiss government would have argued, there is no climate crises CAUSED by anthropogenic CO2 emissions and whatever we (i.e. Swiss government) do we cannot battle the alleged climate change in (our very small country) Switzerland caused by anthropogenic CO2 since the yearly INCREASE(!) in CO2 emissions in Asia is MORE than all western democracies can reduced in combination. And… ALL climate models assume that ALL CO2 is homogeneously mixed….so how can we in Switzerland mitigate CO2 that is for 99,99% (or even more figures behind the comma) not caused by us? Moreover, Ladies PLEASE show ONE SINGLE EXAMPLE that one single measure has shown a measurable effect, let alone an indisputable effect.
I’ve have not been successful to obtain a copy of the Reasons for the Decision yet. Nevertheless, I am very patient.

Buit I agree in one point: If your govenrment had climate change mitigation as a major point in it's manifest, and was elected partly for this reason, there should be a way in a democracy to make it accountable for it's politics regarding this point.
So is it the ozone hole? Global cooling and a deep freeze headed our way? Global warming and all the ice caps will melt and the ocean will rise (even though they still lend lots of money on ocean front property to the rich people behind this grift)? Noooo……we need to generalize more. Climate change is happening. That is like saying weather is happening. The models are crap, the data is crap, the predictions don't ever pan out. Garbage in = garbage out. People love garbage though so keep spewing it I guess.
