One Nation leader Pauline Hanson has warned Australia’s goal of achieving net zero by 2050 will see the country “destroyed”.
“I see our country going down the gurgler, I see it going down the drain,” she told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“They’re all worried about carbon emissions, which is a joke, which is normal … when are we really going to have a clear debate on this from the scientists instead of the fearmongering (that) goes on all the time?
“We’re going to see our country destroyed.”

We should go it alone for ourselves only – slow the renewables down, so that we can assess whether what we currently have will actually work both for reliable power as well as economically.
Also get into an adult, clear & precise discussion about nuclear.
Look at the other countries that have nuclear & see what they did right or wrong & then learn from them.
We need a variety of options regarding regular, ongoing electricity for our citizens, our country, our economy & our environment.
