Since America isn' t affected by Magic CO2! the solution for ln'dia seems to be in flooding America with techs. Then expat returns will jump to $400,000,000,000 and then $800,000,000,000 until every ln'dian can 'climate refugee' on over to America, and let the over-exploited and exhausted lands of Hindüstan return to a verdant fertile wildlife jungle for a century of fallow.
