CIS Energy Research Director Aidan Morrison says the government is “hoping” the private sector will “rush” more money to reach net zero.
“This is a traffic light system – a rating system to try to kind of direct more people to put their money in things that the government thinks will help them achieve their climate goals,” he told Sky News host James Macpherson.
“They’re hoping that private sector will follow their directions and rush a whole bunch more money into things that will help them reach net zero.”

Theres 30000 passenger jets in the sky at any one time, they uses approx 220 tonnes of fuel per 24 hours, thats 6.6million tons of fuel PER DAY, AND THATS JUST PLANES, THEN WE HAVE TRAINS AND MILLIONS OF TONS PER DAY OF FUEL IN CARGO SHIPS ETC and labor thinks we need to be a net zero and drive evs and destroy the planet with renewables—- they are fools
