ProPublica and Documented obtained more than 14 hours of never-before-published videos from Project 2025’s Presidential Administration Academy, which are intended to train the next conservative administration’s political appointees “to be ready on day one.”
Project 2025, the controversial playbook and policy guide created by the Heritage Foundation for a future conservative presidential administration, has lost its director. In recent weeks, it faced scathing criticism from both Democratic groups and former President Donald Trump, whose campaign has tried to distance itself from the effort. But Project 2025’s plan to train an army of political appointees who could battle against the so-called deep state government bureaucracy remains on track.
For transparency, we are publishing the videos as we obtained them.
The Heritage Foundation and most of the people who appear in the videos cited in our story did not respond to ProPublica’s repeated requests for comment. Karoline Leavitt, a spokesperson for the Trump campaign, said, “As our campaign leadership and President Trump have repeatedly stated, Agenda 47 is the only official policy agenda from our campaign.”
In this video, Katie Sullivan and Bethany Kozma discuss supposed left-wing code words and biased language that future appointees should be aware of and root out.
Sullivan was the former acting assistant attorney general in charge of the Office of Justice Programs, a grant-making agency inside the Justice Department.
Kozma was the deputy chief of staff at the U.S. Agency for International Development during the Trump administration.

Everything doesn’t have to do with the president, especially when you’re dealing with female anatomy. That is my main focus, and if any of you weren’t being intellectually disingenuous, you would have gotten your information from a gynecologist or an obstetrician. They would’ve happily told you why everything falls under the umbrella of an abortion. It is a medical term. There are more than elective abortions; there are spontaneous abortions, which is called a miscarriage, but there’s no medical term called miscarriage; it is called a spontaneous abortion. When you have a D&C because you had a miscarriage and they cleaned out the uterus, that’s an abortion procedure. Without it, you will die of sepsis. If you have a conceived and fertilized egg in your fallopian tubes, it is an immediate emergency that that pregnancy be ended to save the woman’s life. There’s no pathway for that to become a fetus or to live. These are some of the situations that you would have found out about had you spoken to someone with a medical license. And it’s not just intellectually disingenuous, it’s egregious; it’s diabolical to put women’s lives in danger for some religious reasons and to do it without their permission, especially if they don’t recognize your religion as their own. The UN calls this a crime against humanity, something that happened in Romania and had to be stopped. And I put all of this for a reason because everybody that has to get an abortion procedure is not someone who electively wants to end their pregnancy. There’s a chart online that will show you how minimal it is for women to electively end their pregnancies; it’s not as great as you think. You’ve done no studies; you’ve not talked to any doctors; you just got together as a religious group and decided to take over the country with your disingenuous religious beliefs.

Normal American woman telling political appointees that we cannot trust those that serve our country in various agencies for decades. The people that serve in agencies are professionals that are highly educated in those areas. Climate Change cannot be a political game. Follow the science. True over the history of man kind Science has not always been right. But it is a hell of a lot better by a long shot over people that use their alternative facts for political and personal gain. This video is pure evil in how to use our government to serve the rich and powerful over the electorate.

Both sides of this project 2025, for and against, have their pros and cons. Mainly because there is more than a political solution to all these global issues, which neither side is really interested in engaging with because it might mean their end.
But since this next decade will see huge changes and transformation, everybody and everything will be different, no exceptions.
