A bumper edition of EV and Net Zero insanity to end the week! Including a Tesla on autopilot that smashes through roadworks, and how the UK is importing biomass from North Korea… because, er, Net Zero…

Just remember that liquid fuel is only half the fuel, most of the rest of it is Air
I always wished we could have gotten more Monty Python out of England than we did; now it's come true, though not exactly what I wanted. Ministry of Silly Walks material coming out of Environmental plan.
Besides being a Lawyer, you now also speak as an Engineer;
just to refresh ideas, (everybody knows it, but maybe some important GOV electric brain reads this again…), petrol and diesel have more than 10000 Watt-hours per Kg, while the best lithium battery cells have less than 250 wh/kg;
that is 40 times more, or less, depending on where you're coming from.
AMAZING, that liquid.
Battery aircraft won't leave the runway, but i wouldn't be surprised some enlightened brain builds some, after all millions are spent building perpetual motion machines!!!
DO STAY IN SCHOOL KIDS…
4:00 self censoring? that's an automatic unsub from me.
Chargers for plains that don't exist, I wonder if Chris Bowen is involved !!!!!!!!!
Because there are no free lunches in physics.I'm just wanting to know, where are we supposed to be getting all this power electrically to charge these cars?
Other YouTubers are reporting the driver was exposed for lying.
But eh, this channel focuses on every negative aspect possible.
Not insanity, $$$$ big payouts or bad punishment those not go along
Please cover BYD cars it's worse.China is the producer of the batteries.
Stop playing dumb about EV’s. Any simple research shows Telsa Autopilot doesn’t steer the car around obstacles it keeps it centre in the lane. FSD (Full self driving) does this and currently you can only use this in beta mode as it’s not available yet as it’s not approved. Stop playing on your viewers stupidity and fan boy cheer squad for anti EV’s.
This is the drivers' fault. Anyone using FSD knows (and signs to the effect) that they MUST stay vigilant the whole time. Tesla will have the data also – and I suspect it will come out that the car was not on autopilot (or the driver wasn't paying attention or had done something to cause it – it's usually 'human error'). Whatever you might see in videos – autopilot is already many times safer than the average US driver (not sure about Aussie stats). And we don't get to see every single accident in other ICE car makes with autopilots, so it's a bias in reporting too.
Nuclear aircraft have been tried, yesss.
Your videos are good but are getting too long 8-10 minutes is perfect. That's the plan when President Trump gets back in goodbye Net Zero BS. DRILL BABY DRILL!
so the driver was not paying attention nor did he follow the "rules of engagement" for the glorified lane assist that is called fsd.. morons will be morons aye?
msn video.. the spinning play button of forever…
6:16 oh yes there is!!! and its a gas thats compressed to a liquid for storage. its NO2, i cant for the love of all that is combustion does not have at least water and or methanol injection. i come from the motor tuning world and we can add so so many things to make an engine stronger. fuel is potent yes. but FAR from the most potent pr unit mass.
regarding silly electric cars. i drive a skoda ev. tiny one. its great! full of pepp. no gears shifts, easy to park, fits tall ppl, is cheap, charges at home 100%, running cost of ca 400 NOK a month plus insurance and roadtax. free parking in the city parking garages, sharing of lanes with buses and taxis, half price on road tolls and ferries, lets see… oh yeah, heats up SUPER FAST in the winter, har inexpensive tires and regen braking.
what a silly car eh? hehe .. mate .. talking out of our arse are we? something different… sooo scary. it must be silly because i dont undertand or like change. hehe amusing how petrol heads one after the other get an ev for dailys and have pistons and rotors for the weekends and fun time is it? hehe..ahhh.. amusing this.

cash 4 clunkers, expire well
EV AVIATION!?!⁇ no, no absolutely not
If you read the article yourself you would see that it says "Local media reported that Tesla does not currently support the Full Self-Driving (FSD) feature in China. The driver used the Autopilot system, which offers Level 2 assistance but does not equate to full automation. " Takes 2 seconds you bumbling idiot
Don't smear EVs with the association with Elon Musk and his hyper NONSENSE. BYD for the win !.
look at size drone and it battery and £1400 one so good one only has 20 mins real flight time esp if windy or distance away as you need to return. battery's and aircraft flight umm i think we decades away, we still have not got toy/pro hobby toy to have an hour flight
it's really hard to beat the energy density of gasoline. Or, petrol for you limies.
My Volkswagen has a lane keeping function. And there are certain intersections, especially where it gets confused and tries to go off the road, or something not desired. And I always have my hands-on the wheel. So I always steer it myself. But it always reminds me of how far all off. We are for true self driving vehicles.
