The science is very clear on hurricanes: There is zero correlation between hurricanes and CO2. The frequency of hurricanes and their category levels have not increased while CO2 levels have increased. The Guardian is no better than someone saying during a particularly cold day, "global warming? What global warming?"
Climate change is real. The cause is the question. Look at Al Gore's. At inconvenient truth" Came out in 2005. According to Al, we should see 9 to11 Katrina strength hurricanes each year. He said India would reach 132 degrees Both turned out to be lies. But he is making money selling carbon credits.

Show us proof that the hurricanes were a result of worsening climate crisis. You can't. There were some hurricanes so that is proof of man made climate change? LOL, maybe to a first grader. This video is the worst of misinformation.
Hurricanes in the Atlantic go through documented 30 year cycles. Every 30 years there's a period of high hurricane activity. Then for another 30 years there's a period of relatively low hurricane activity. You're looking at a cycle of high hurricane activity right now that is well documented by science to last for approximately 30 years. Let's remember that from 2005 to 2017 the US saw it's longest period of time in documented history without a major hurricane making landfall anywhere in the US. So hurricane activity is very cyclical in nature.
